Every power supply is subjected to a multi-stage test procedure before being delivered to customers:
- After the process, the soldering quality of every circuit board is checked visually in accordance with the international standard (IPC A 610).
- Later in the process, every circuit board is subjected to an in-circuit test using the latest equipment in order to rule out the possibility of any erroneously fitted or faulty components.
- After manufacturing, every power supply is given a high-voltage test to ensure the highest possible safety.
- Any units subject to premature failure are reliably discovered before delivery by burning in every power supply unit in an endurance test under intensified conditions.
- Finally, all the important parameters of every power supply unit are subjected to a function test and the results are documented.
